We want you (and your dog) to love Fur Rebel. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Cooling-off period (your legal rights)

You have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.

This means you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, standard returns are only accepted for unopened products unless the item is faulty.
This does not affect our separate 60-day first-time guarantee outlined below
Our guarantees (extra peace of mind)

60-day first-time guarantee: If it’s your first order and you’re not satisfied, you can return one opened product within 60 days for a refund.

60-day subscription plan guarantee: If you bought a 3- or 6-month plan and aren’t happy, you can request a refund within 60 days of your first delivery.

Unopened items are eligible for a full refund.

Opened items covered under our first-time guarantee may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

Faulty or damaged items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll replace or refund it free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
How to start a return

Email us at woof@wearefurrebel.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and send you the return address.

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the refund in your account.
