  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

  • Our products are nutritional supplements for dogs, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but appearance may vary depending on your device.

  • We reserve the right to change, update or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

  • When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment has been processed and confirmed.

  • We may refuse or cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, if there is a pricing or product error, or for any other reasonable reason.

  • Your purchases are for personal household use only and not for resale.

  • Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & PAYMENT

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT.

  • Payment is accepted by debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

  • Subscription payments renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details so that we can process your order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed within 1 working day.

  • Delivery options are shown at checkout. Subscriptions ship free by tracked priority service (1–2 business days). One-time orders ship by tracked standard service (3–4 business days) for £5.99.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered into your physical possession (or that of a nominated person).

  • We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
