We aim to get your dog’s supplements to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day.

• You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery options

• Subscriptions: Free priority tracked delivery (1–2 business days).

• One-time orders: £5.99 standard tracked delivery (3–4 business days).

Delivery responsibility

• Orders are considered delivered once they are in your physical possession (or that of someone you nominate).

• If your parcel is left in a safe place you haven’t agreed to, and it goes missing, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

Lost or delayed parcels

• If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please let us know within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.

• We currently only ship within the UK.
